It's too bad there aren't shows like that now for little children. <br />Years ago, I bought a tall case clock and when I got it home I named it "Grandfather" after the one on Captain Kangaroo. <br />My daughter named our dog "Barkley" after the one on Sesame Street.. <br />The cartoons were better then too than they are now.. <br />What great years they were.. It sounds like most of your readers grew up in the same era..
