Talking to Myself

Somedays I still have to talk myself into doing it. Going to the gym. For instance, right now it is 4:13pm and my class starts at 4:30.  Fortunately I live 7 minutes away.  On Wednesdays I tell myself it will make a difference to the instructor if I show up or not because there aren't a lot of us in the class.  That's why I'd better get going.

Besides if I didn't go then I have to go throw tennis balls again for, you-know-who:

Okay, 4:18pm, I can still make it and have time to stretch!

Well I also made it to my walking program today , got three miles in, and my Yoga class. It had been over a week since I had attended, my schedule is busy these days but if I make an effort I may be there more oftenj
, I understand how you feel.

When my daughter went out on maternity leave at "the store", and I started working five to six days a week, my running on the treadmill time disappeared! I have been so tired from work, and so undisiplened (I can't spell tonight)that I gave up my exercise! Last night I had a piece of cake and a Corona for dinner. It was lemon cake, so does that count as a fruit? I hope to get back in the "routine" in October!!

Take care, Sue

Thanks for leaving a comment. Hey! Maybe your mom can be my mom's coach because every night when she goes to bed she swears she is going to do the working out in the AM and then she never does and her jeans sure are getting tight. Hehehe.
