Simply Red

I have restrained myself this week for Chania's Friday Photo Challenge at  RAZMATAZ and have simply done what I've been told and photographed something red.  No quirky perspective, just did the deed.

Red

I am not much of a gardener, but am rather proud that my hibiscus has finally gotten some blossoms.  And very pleased that they are RED and allowed me to participate in this always fun challenge.

Next week's challenge:  architecture.

I love hibiscus perhaps it is because it's suche tropical flower.I like the way you turneed the bloom around the way you photographe it. Good job and RED it is

Hibiscus was everywhere when I grew up, to me it looked like an untidy lot of stems.
Now it is nowhere to be seen where I live and makes me look for it.(silly I know)

The hibiscus is a lovely red. Our local deer eat our hibiscus the minute they bloom. Have a lovely weekend. ♥O

It is a beautiful shade of red. Don't feel you have to be restrained. I intend for this to be an artistic challenge and if your vision is loose and free we want to see it.

A hibiscus is such a waxy, transulcent red...
